We are only accepting resumes from candidates who live in the Yorkton area or are relocating to Yorkton within a weeks time and a resident of Canada !The Food and beverage Manager is responsible for ensuring that all guests are served in accordance with the high standards outlined by Mr. Mikes Steakhouse Casual in our restaurant.- Frequent guest contact and high visibility in the Lodge are to be apparent at all times.- The candidate will maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure all beverage items served are prepared according to Mr. Mikes standards of excellence.- The cleanliness of the Lodge, restaurant and bar area will be a top priority.
