Job TypeFull-time# of Hires Needed1CategoryGuest ServicesLocationPainted Hand Casino - Yorkton, SK S3N 0P3 CA (Primary)Requisition #10.47Salary Range$13.26 - $20.55Closing Date12/1/2021Where You Will SucceedMain Duties: Reporting to the Casino Shift Manager Manager and under the This position focuses on delivering customer service excellence, and convenient Food & Beverage services, by preparing beverages for Casino guests in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner. Responsibilities include: Providing exceptional hospitality, emphasizing personalized service and attentive treatment, to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable. Receiving drink orders. Preparing mixed drinks, bottled/draught beer, wine, and other beverages. Maintaining bar inventory and liquor storage. Cleaning and maintaining bar glassware, surfaces, tools, and equipment. Serving food/snacks to customers. Accepting payment from patrons. Adhering to responsible service of alcohol guidelines. Handling other related tasks as required, to provide service to bar patrons.Conditions of Employment

  • SIGA reserves the right to perform post-incident and/or reasonable cause drug and alcohol testing for any employee Drug & Alcohol Policy A04-607 where deemed necessary by management whom have completed SIGAs Supervisor & Manager Drug & Alcohol Training course.
  • The minimum age to work in a casino or any area where gaming can be seen is 19 years of age.
  • You may be required to work in an environment where you will be exposed to the use of tobacco smoke and high noise levels.
  • As a condition of employment, you will be required to work shift work. This may include days, evenings, graveyard, weekends and statutory holidays. SIGA’s goal is to treat all staff fairly and equitably; therefore, the distribution of the shifts will be fair to all staff.
QualificationsEducation: Successful completion of a Bartending course at a recognized institution would be preferred.
