Join the Cornerstone Crew!Financial Services Advisor - Contact CentreBe Part of Something . . . . .Are you great with numbers, and even better at building relationships Were looking for a finance-savvy, dedicated Financial Services Advisor to join our Contact Centre team at Cornerstone Credit Union!In this position, youll be an important part of a team of knowledgeable sales people who share a genuine commitment to working with our members to achieve their financial goals.Reporting to the Manager, Contact Centre, the Financial Services Advisor - Contact Centre creates exceptional member experiences and delivers smart solutions through proactive needs-based sales and services using a variety of media, including but not necessarily limited to telephone, email and internet chat.This position provides our members, both new and existing, with financial advice and solutions. Youll be giving insight to our members in areas like accounts, consumer investments (term deposits and registered products), consumer lending products and services as well as credit card and ancillary products, all intended to help members meet their financial success.In this position, youll develop solid working relationships with our members and build great team player skills through assisting and encouraging other staff, training, and participating in all areas of your department/branch.If youre interested in joining our team, you must be committed to working your hardest to retain and expand existing member relationships while also seeking out new forms of business that would help Cornerstone Credit Union grow!What we are looking for . . . . .To be considered for our Financial Services Advisor position, you must have a post-secondary education in business; plus, one to three years of job-related experience, including a working knowledge of lending and investment products or an equivalent combination of education or experience. You must maintain the ability to work a combination of days and evenings, Monday through Saturday.You also must show exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to build and develop strong working relationships.
