Join the Cornerstone Crew!Member Service Representative II - Contact Centre - Anticipatory Posting*Be Part of Something . . . . .Were looking for an attentive Member Service Representative II with great communication skills to join our Contact Centre team!As the Member Services Representative II - Contact Centre, it would be your job to provide a variety of services related to the promotion and sales of non-cash financial services, solutions and alternatives such as new accounts, consumer card and deposit products (including terms, RRSPs and TFSAs) to our new and existing members in a friendly, genuine way!Reporting to the Manager, Contact Centre the Member Service Representative II - Contact Centre will create exceptional member experiences by processing member transactions, delivering member information, answering inquiries, promoting credit union deposit services and making referrals; all while using a variety of media, including but not necessarily limited to telephone, email and internet chat.Successful candidate must maintain the ability to work a combination of days and evenings, Monday through Saturday when required.

What we are looking for . . . . .To be considered for our Member Service Representative II - Contact Centre, you must have post-secondary education in business and a minimum of one year of related customer service experience or equivalent combination of education or experience.You also must be a strong team player, show exceptional communication skills, strong cross selling abilities, and the ability to build and develop strong working relationships.
