We provide top quality work to the Government of Saskatchewan, various municipalities, First Nations and the private sector. Day to day operations include excavation, earth moving, site development, aggregate production, and paving.We are seeking applications for an Office Administrator/AP Clerk for work in our Yorkton office.Main duties and responsibilities:-Admin support to all Managers, including reception, typing, faxing, and document preparation as directed.-Process and enter all incoming A/P.-Maintain licensing on our vehicle fleet.-Filing, organizing, and other office work as required.-Projects support as assigned by Management involving data entry, analysis and spreadsheet tracking.-Arranging travel accommodations for all staff.Key Behavior and Skills Needed For This Role:-Superior Time Management skills.-Above average oral and written communication skills.-Proficient with Accounting software, Excel, Word and Outlook.-Experience and familiarity of the heavy construction industry is a definite asset.-Ability to work independently for extended periods.Educational Requirements and Pre-Requisites:-Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration and 1-3 years’ experience or 3+ years in an Administrative/AP role.-Preference is given to those applicants with experience using Simply Accounting Software.Comprehensive health and dental plan takes effect after 3 months.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $37,000.00-$43,000.00 per yearBenefits:
