YTHY Inc, (Yorkton Transitional Homes for Youth Inc.) is currently looking to employ a youth mentor. YTHY Inc Relief Youth Mentor follows the directions of the Executive Director to support each youths successful transition into independence.This relief mentor will be on a part time/ casual basis.The Youth Mentors major mandate is to fulfill the Ministry of Social Services requirement of having a staff member in the home over night, ever night.Other Key responsibilities include maintaining confidentiality, monitoring youth performance, submitting reports, modeling positive decision making and behaviour, as well as following the Youth Centered Services Policy and Procedure Manual.Duties Include
