Job Description

Job Title: Parts and Service AdvisorJob Status: Full-TimeJob Location: FFUN Motorsports YorktonJob Summary: The Parts and Service Advisor is a powersports enthusiast, someone who lives and breathes the product and lifestyle. They are a customer service specialist who responds quickly and effectively to customer requests. The individual in this position is integral to the Parts and Service Department Team and in after-sale customer satisfaction.Job Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional telephone etiquette
  • Enthusiasm & high energy
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be confident
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to answer retail parts inquiries being one of the main focuses (by phone and in person)
Key Qualifications:
  • Excel at taking parts & accessory orders from internal, retail, & wholesale customers
  • Parts Technician Certificate (preferred)
  • Service Advisor experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Experience in motor sports retail is preferred
  • Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver’s License upon employment
