Job Description

Morris Equipment Ltd. is a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of air seeding, tillage, and hay hauling equipment. Our company goal is to provide farmers with the most efficient and reliable products and best customer service possible.We are recruiting for a Shipper/Receiver to join our team in our Yorkton, Saskatchewan location for a fulltime position.YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Pick and package products as per order specifications for shipment
  • Load and unload shipments
  • Physical inventory counts
  • Coordinate carrier pick-ups, prepare bills of landing and shipping labels
  • Report non-conforming products to department manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Grade XII education (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse preferred
  • Previous forklift experience preferred
  • Knowledge of agricultural products, especially Morris products preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Maintain a high degree of public relations when in contact with dealers, end customers and the general public
  • Proficient skills in the ERP system BAAN, Windows 10, handheld scanners, Loomis and Purolator shipping systems an asset
  • Availability to work shift work (April 1st to June 15th)
  • Valid Saskatchewan class 5 Driver’s Licence
