Pavement Marking Equipment Operator - VEH002483Employment Type: Labour Service (seasonal)Location(s): SK-Central East-YorktonMinistry: 016 HighwaysSalary Range: $20.265-$25.395 HourlyGrade: SGEU.04.The Ministry of Highways, Provincial Operational Services, Provincial Pavement Marking Crew is seeking an equipment operator for the Yorkton Pavement Marking Crew.In this position you will survey/pre-mark newly overlaid sections of highway, plan and install pavement signs in an assigned geographical region. Duties include working with a pre-mark/pavement signs crew, maintaining records and logs of hours of operation, making repairs and adjusting material quantities applied to the highways. This position includes moderate to heavy physical work with frequent lifting.To qualify for this position, you will possess a valid Class 3A operator’s licence. Class 1A is preferred.Candidates must be able to perform the duties of this position in a safe manner.
