Legacy Co-op is hiring a Full Time Petroleum Coordinator on a temporary basis for our Petroleum Division located in Yorkton, SK. Reporting to the Petroleum Manager this position is responsible for planning and day to day bulk fuel and lubricant sales and building customer contacts.Who we are:Co-op does business differently. To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at www.legacyco-op.crs.What youll do:Responsible for providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to customers and guests promoting sales and the Co-operative brand.Co-ordinating and maintaining petroleum and lubricant delivery schedules as per credit policy guidelines.Responsible for assisting in the procurement of petroleum fuel and lubricant sales achieving specified targets as outlined by the Petroleum Manager.Responsible for maintenance of the cardlock networkResponsible for assisting in building and maintaining a customer contact program for the Petroleum Department of Legacy Co-op.To assist with sales data entry, retail petroleum and lubricant claims and data entry as required in the Petroleum DepartmentTo assist with regular site maintenance and general repairsQualifications and Experience:Grade 121-3 years of experience in a Bulk Petroleum Environment and knowledge of Petroleum and Lubricant productsPossess or ability to obtain Occupational Health and Safety, Level I, WHMIS, TDG, CPR and First Aid.Possess and maintain a valid Class 5 Driver’s license.Strong computer skills, good understanding of Excel and ability to prepare sales analysis reports.Knowledge of safety standards in the petroleum industry and a safety conscious attitude.Excellent customer service and experience in a petroleum related sales role.Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays with flexible hours and on call as required particularly during peak seasons.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneelHonest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.We encourage our Team Members to take advantage of learning opportunities, to grow and develop and to foster a culture of teamwork and innovation.At Co-op, we embrace diversity and inclusion, and we’re working to create a workplace that is as diverse as the communities we serve.
