Job Description

Legacy Co-op is hiring a Full Time Petroleum Driver Sales Rep at our Petroleum Department in Yorkton, SK.Who we are:Co-op does business differently.   • Petroleum Delivery – Responsible to carry out fuel deliveries in a safe, timely, and efficient manner while providing exceptional customer service to all Local Co-op employees and customers.
  • Customer Contact - actively recruit new customers and ensure the customer contact program is maintained and that all customers receive the agreed upon deliveries.
  • Administration – Responsible for assisting Petroleum Manager to ensure accuracy of all driver reports, bulk load, and pump reports
  • General duties - Maintain and clean the delivery unit, keeping a record of all regular maintenance required, and scheduling appointments when needed.

  • Have a 1A driver’s licence – must possess a valid and clean 1A Driver licence and maintain a valid licence throughout employment
  • Have petroleum product knowledge and experience hauling petroleum (preferred)
  • Have average computer skills and ability to work with Microsoft Windows operating system
  • Are mechanically inclined and have basic automotive repair skills
  • Willing and able to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends including the flexibility to work increased hours during peak seasons and be on call when required.
  • Able to interact with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically and professionally at all times
  • Maintain good physical condition, physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneel.
