Legacy Co-op is hiring a Full – Time Petroleum Co-ordinator to actively support the Petroleum Division Team in and around areas in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.Who we are:Co-op does business differently. Legacy Co-op has locations in Yorkton, Kamsack, Theodore, Ebenezer, and Churchbridge.What you’ll do:Reporting to the Petroleum Manager, the Petroleum Co-ordinator is a key resource in maintaining the customer contact program in relation to bulk fuel and bulk lubricants to increase delivery efficiency within the Petroleum Department.

  • You will be responsible for overseeing all safety and environmental procedures across cardlocks within Yorkton and surrounding areas.
  • You will be responsible for performance management functions, supervision and delegation of team members in the Petroleum Department as it pertains to cardlock site maintenance.
  • You will be responsible in supporting the cardlock card system network troubleshooting for members while establishing and following through with Loss Prevention/Asset Protection procedures.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of all cardlock/bulk site reconciliations as required.
  • You will actively support the Petroleum department team leaders in achieving corporate performance targets and budgeted results.

  • Must have Grade 12 certificate. Post-secondary education from a recognized Institution in Management or Business Administration or a related field would be an asset
  • Must maintain Class 5 Driver’s licence throughout employment. Valid Class 1 license or Class 3 with air brake endorsement would be an asset
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ of experience in Petroleum or Agricultural environment with sales experience in petroleum product offerings including lubricants
  • Must have financial and computer skills particularly of MS Office Suite with high attention to detail and accuracy with an ability to maximize operational efficiency
  • Must have strong time management skills, the ability to work independently, safety conscious and set goals with measurable outcomes
  • Must have an experience in problem solving with the ability to set and adjust priorities and schedules as required
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible to work various hours and on-call as required
  • You are experienced in computer skills with an intermediate understanding of MS Office Suite
  • You have experience in developing relationships with internal and external customers on complex issues and transactions
  • You have experience in coaching and providing feedback to other team members
  • Maintain good physical condition, physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders and kneel
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability and deal with people sensitively and professionally at all times
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
