Working under the supervision of a pharmacist, pharmacy assistants typically take care of the administrative side of the pharmacy such as counting medication, labeling bottles, stocking pharmacy shelves, taking customer phone calls, and managing the cash register. Must be able to multi-task in a busy environment and provide exceptional customer service.
