Team Lead, Contact Centre - Any BranchJoin the Cornerstone Crew!Be Part of Something . . . .Cornerstone Credit Union is looking for a leader, who is passionate about improving the well-being of our members, our employees and the communities we serve, to join our team as the Team Lead, Contact Centre.As the Team Lead, Contact Centre, it will be your job to motivate, mentor and develop a team of member service professionals! You will build a coaching culture to support a team of representatives to solve their own problems, make their own decisions and own their personal development. Reporting to the Manager, Contact Centre you will ensure top-notch service in the delivery of credit union products and services. In addition, you will lead and manage the day to day operations of the Contact Centre delivering a full range of member services via telephone and electronic means.

  • Successful candidate must maintain the ability to work a combination of days and evenings, Monday through Saturday when required.
What We are Looking For . . . .To be considered for our Team Lead, Contact Centre position, you must have post-secondary education in business plus two to four years of job-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership, organization and time management skills.
