As we continue to expand, we are seeking a seasoned and driven Technical Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives.About the Role We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who excels at managing complex software and infrastructure projects across multiple workstreams. You’ll be the central point of contact for project intake, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment between business and technology stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain expertise in banking or financial services, experience working with Agile methodologies, and proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence.Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for managing project intake and execution across concurrent streams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and objectives.
• Lead financial and resource planning, including budgeting and estimations.
• Manage project tracking and documentation using Jira, Confluence, and dashboards.
• Present regular status updates, reports, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
• Drive alignment between business units (line of business) and technology teams.
• Anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks or blockers to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure delivery of both software development and infrastructure initiatives.
• Support and improve Agile delivery processes and rituals (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Skills and Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in Technical Project Management roles.
• Proven success leading software and infrastructure projects with multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of banking or financial services environments.
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to juggle competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of stakeholder engagement.
• Foundational understanding of software development and IT infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across business and technical teams in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with tech stacks relevant to financial systems or enterprise platforms.
• PMP, CSM, or similar certifications are an asset.
