As a Sanitation Assocaite you will play a key role in contributing to the continued success of Silver Hills Bakery whose mission is to inspire individuals to live a healthy lifestyle. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic production work environment and will have the opportunity to learn new skills and work in a team setting. In this role, you are responsible for completing the duties listed below as well as other duties as assigned by your manager or their designate.RequirementsDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:➢ Follow directions given by Lead Hand and/or Supervisor and must be able to work in all sanitation departments➢ MUST communicate any problems with the Team Lead/Supervisor➢ Communicate with Production Supervisor on areas to clean to ensure a proper flow is done➢ Communicate with Maintenance/ Team Lead of issues with equipment➢ Complete all sanitation tasks required in a safe and efficient manner➢ Check and ensure all tasks on the daily and weekly sheet are completed➢ At the end of each shift, ensure all equipment, tasks, tests, 5s are completed➢ Ensure ATP, PH, and Egg test are completed after each task as instructed➢ Keep work area clean and organized throughout the shift (Lean 5s)➢ Must be able to work in hot, cold, dusty, dirty, wet, tight, high, low, and high-pressure conditions➢ Other duties as assignedBenefits
