Job Description

POSITION: Warehouse Administrator REPORTS TO: Warehouse Manager We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our Warehouseamp; Logistics team! Our Warehouse Administrator will support timely shipping and receiving of raw materials and finished product among many other administrative tasks in our busy Warehouse! OPPORTUNITIES In this role, you will be the link to keep the team running at optimum efficiency with your assistance and administrative support! You must be comfortable working with a diverse group of people while maintaining a positive and optimistic attitude. A key challenge you may face in this role includes completing pressing priorities in a busy environment.   • You have solid computer skills (i.e., ERP, GP, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • You have excellent organizational and customer services skills
EXPERIENCE
  • You have relevant work experience (i.e., admin, warehouse, customer service)
NICE-TO-HAVE
  • Great typing skills
  • Experience with ERP and Great Plains
  • Experience working in a manufacturing facility
THINGS YOU WILL DO…
  • Generate or update status reports, shipping documents, and logistics reports
  • Oversee retail store orders and manage office/warehouse supply requests
  • Maintain inventory by performing inventory counts
  • Register visitors and contractors and tend to other related customer service tasks
  • Assist with preparing and reconciling inventory (weekly and monthly)
OTHER…
  • You are willing to work flexible shifts to cover for vacations, sick days or leave if required
  • Shift: 8 AM – 4:30 PM
