Job Description

Greystone Design Management Construction Ltd. located in West Abbotsford is currently looking to fill a full-time position for an Accounts Payable Administrator.Responsibilities:

  • AP billing in a multi-company setting which includes posting and verifying AP invoices for all companies. Weekly and monthly AP payments/receipt posting.
  • Administrative tasks including but not limited to; data entry, filing, email correspondence, phone communication and spreadsheets.
  • Providing excellent support to office staff during busy times.
  • Office Organization
  • Accounting duties as directed
  • Monitor and maintain/purchase inventory of general office supplies
  • Various duties as directed by the office manager
Experience:
  • 2-5 years experience in an Accounting support role
  • Experience working in a multi company setting
  • General bookkeeping knowledge an asset
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and databases
  • Sage 100 knowledge an asset but not required
  • Team player. Willing to help where needed to get the job done
  • Self-starter. Able to work independently
  • Access to own vehicle as office is not transit accessible
