  • Prepare correspondence
  • Prepare litigation documents and pleadings
  • Serve and file court documents
  • Schedule dates for Examinations for Discovery and Trials
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, etc.
  • Manage emails, maintain calendars and bring forwards.
  • Other administrative duties as required.
Core Competencies & Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 2+ years experience in general litigation
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
