Position: Bakery Technician Reports to: Plant Manager Gluten Free BakeryWe are looking for an Bakery Technician to join our Gluten Freeteam! Our Bakery Technician will be working closely with the Operations teams to support our existing product enhancement and commercialization efforts. This includes bake testing new and existing products or ingredients and preparing product samples for presentations.OpportunitiesIn this role, you will have the chance to apply your problem-solving skills and showcase your knowledge of baking and food principles! You will have opportunities to work on exciting R amp;D and baking challenges and use your creativity and resourcefulness to achieve unique solutions. You may work odd hours on occasion, including early morning shifts, to accommodate our customers and operational needs.
