  • Viewpoint Spectrum OR Equivalent Software Proficiency
  • 2-5 years as a Building Automation System Project Manager
  • Strong experience with multi-fam new construction, high-rise AND low-rise
  • Self-motivated attitude, teachable mentality, and coachable spirit
