Position:Consumer Relations Coordinator Reports to: Marketing Brand ManagerWe are looking for a Consumer Relations Coordinator to join our Marketing team. Our Consumer Relations Coordinator will act as the point of contact for consumer quality issues, fielding customer calls, managing information emails, and much more for all our brands. Opportunities In this role, handle all consumers questions and requests and ensure they are managed in a courteous and timely matter. Some challenges in this role include being patient, polite, and consistently providing a high level of customer service with all types of consumers. Also, it is crucial to stay up to date on product knowledge and effectively resolve consumer issues in conjunction with our internal teams. Experience

• You have relevant experience working in a similar capacity
• You have experience with MS Office with an emphasis on Outlook, Word, PowerPoint,amp; Teams
• You have experience with a CRM tool such as IssueTrak, and Zendesk

things you will do…

• Field customer calls and emails for all brands and e-commerce sites – Silver Hills Bakery, Little Northern Bakehouse, One Degree Organics, Carbonaut and Oven Door,
• Ensure high level of customer service is promoted consistently,
• Answers telephones in a prompt and courteous manner,
• Manage info@ e-mails for all brands,
• Respond to customer calls and emails within 2 hours (weekday) or 48 hours (weekend),
• Add all consumer calls and emails into IssueTrak
• Support Marketing team by providing feedback and edits for all comments collected through data collection tool
• Compile weekly summary reports and share with stakeholders,
• Stay up to date on product knowledge
• Act as a backup for the Office Administrator and Marketing Coordinators in their absence
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Other related duties as assigned.

• May on occasion work at various times including weekends, as the job requires
