Job Description

IKON Complete Inc. is a Recruitmentamp; Search Firm specializing in identifying,amp; sourcing top performers for our clientele. Our clients include industry-leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HRamp; Recruitment function. Position: CI AnalystLocation: Abbotsford, BC Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (depending on experience)Industry: Aerospace / Industrial / Improvement / Lean SigmaEmployment Term: Fulltime / Permanent Rolesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for analyzing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize performance.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Conduct data analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and track performance improvements.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging best practices in continuous improvement.
  • Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI tools to drive process optimization.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team meetings to promote CI principles.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualificationsamp; Experience:
  • Post-Secondary degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a continuous improvement role or a related field. (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Familiarity with CI methodologies in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, mathematical, and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Lean, Six Sigma certification is an asset.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable to changing work demands and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
