We pride ourselves on creating a safe, welcoming, and professional environment where patients feel at ease and our team feels supported.We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our oral surgery team and assist with IV sedation procedures. • Part-time/Casual.
• 4 - 5 shifts per month, shifts are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The wage range is from $50 to $55 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate #39;s work experience and will be discussed during the interview process. Responsibilities:

• Preparation of equipment and medications for surgical procedures.
• Review patient history and conduct pre-operatory assessment.
• Continuous patient care during sedation while monitoring vital signs and assisting as required.
• Post-operative patient care in preparation for discharge.
• Complete all necessary documentation for patient records.

About You:

• Must be licensed as a Registered Nursed in accordance with the provincial guidelines.
• Must have CPR, PALS, and ACLS.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to take initiative, work independently and work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous experience in oral surgery, emergency room, ICU, PACU or critical care is an asset.
