Please note this is hybrid work from home as you will be needed to pick up drives/footage and I am hoping to find someone close to where I live in Abbotsford. We are looking for a talented video editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Premiere Pro and be able to create both documentary and short-form social sharing videos. The video editor will work closely with our team to produce high-quality content that engages our audience.Responsibilities:
  • Edit video content using Premiere Pro
  • Work with the team to conceptualize and execute video projects
  • Create both long-form documentary-style videos and short-form social-sharing videos
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that video content meets our standards for quality and consistency
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a video editor
  • Proficient in Premiere Pro
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to think outside the box
  • Understanding of visual storytelling techniques
  • Experience with color grading and audio editing
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • To have in person meetings in Abbotsford and to be able to physically pick up drives and return them.
