  • Diploma in computer science AND a minimum of one (1) year related* experience; OR
  • Certificate in computer science AND a minimum of two (2) years’ related * experience; OR
  • An equivalent combination of training and/or experience may be considered.
  • Related experience may include:
  • Experience in the hands-on support of enterprise applications.
  • Experience with problem determination (troubleshooting) and problem resolution skills.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining a database of operational, technical and procedural documentation.
  • Experience with computer system operation environments and applications and MS Office Tools: Excel and Word.
  • Experience providing customer support services in an information technology environment or helping end users to use and understand computer application software.
Preference may be given to applicants who have one or more of the following:
  • Experience working in an IT help/service/support environment.
  • Experience using HP/Peregrine product set (Service Centre, ICE, Connect-It), MyService Centre.
