• Diploma or higher in public administration, business administration, computer science or program related area; OR
• An equivalent amount of education and/or experience and training may be considered.
• Experience providing analysis on projects.
• Experience writing reports, briefings and/or presentations for management*.
• Experience providing recommendations to management*.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Experience developing and maintaining working relationships with internal and external stakeholders while promoting collaboration among differing viewpoints.
• Management is defined as supervisor and/or manager level or higher in the public service or equivalent in the private sector.

Preference may be given to applicants with one or more of the following:

• Experience in human-centered design in a digital service delivery environment.
• 3 years of experience working with multiple stakeholders in a complex project environment.
• 3 years of experience writing reports, briefings and/or presentations for senior management**
• Experience making recommendations to senior management** on the topic of digital systems/products, digital government, or technology

** Senior management is defined as Director level or higher in the public service or equivalent in the private sectorProvisos

• Must be willing and able to travel to Victoria occasionally if/when required.
