Westridge Security strives to work in partnership with local authorities, government agencies and the community to preserve the safety and security of people and assets of where we work, and to provide superior service during normaloperations and in times of crisis.This is a B2B, 1099 Sales Position, with a target audience of Hospitals, Banks, Construction Companies, Municipal/Provincial Governments, Hotels, etc. Responsibilities

• Ability to identify decision makers, network, and manage the sales process
• Give a strong, persuadable presentation over the phone and in person
• Ability to organize your workday and be proactive with time management
• Track notes on all interactions and keep opportunities up to date in CRM
• Consistently follow up with potential clients to close agreements
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
• Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Outside Sales Experience preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Organized and a good planner
• Comfortable using CRM
• Great Work Ethic
• Desire to be Successful
