Our team is expanding to include an experienced Outside Sales Representative who will focus on driving growth through long-term vehicle leasing solutions.Position Overview:As an Outside Sales Representative for Clearway Rentals, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and securing long-term leases for our fleet of cars and trucks. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a sales or automotive industry background. While a degree in sales or marketing is not required, it is considered a valuable asset.Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, including businesses and individuals with long-term vehicle rental needs.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their leasing needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Negotiation and Agreements: Lead discussions to finalize lease terms and agreements that align with company policies.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Clearway Rentals #39; internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to delivery.
• Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and regularly update management on progress and market conditions.

Qualifications and Skills:Experience:

• Sales experience in the automotive, rental, or transportation industry is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

Education:

• A degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not required.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel locally to meet clients and prospects.
