In this role, you will create and lead a collaborative team environment that fosters growth, engagement, and exceptional client experiences. You #39;ll use your empathy and problem-solving skills to swiftly resolve any issues, ensuring smooth operations and happy clients. Your day-to-day will involve striving for operational excellence, managing team schedules, and supporting talent acquisition efforts by sourcing Locum DVMs and RVTs as needed. You #39;ll provide onboarding and coaching to new team members, conduct annual reviews, and offer feedback and support to help your team grow.You #39;ll also manage inventory, budgets, and all financial aspects of the practice. You #39;ll also make a splash on social media, shouting about all the great things your team is inspiring and doing. Experience in the Veterinary field as well as management are needed for this role.
