Job Description

Position: Project Coordinator / Scheduler – Aerospace IndustryLocation: Abbotsford, BC Salary: $65,000 - $95,000 per year (depending on experienceamp; qualifications)Industry: Industrial / Aerospace / Project CoordinatorEmployment Term: Fulltime / Permanent Rolesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and optimizing the lifecycle of projects involving material and equipment modifications.
  • Oversee material support activities throughout all stages of the managerial lifecycle, ensuring project objectives are met and sustained.
  • Serve as a technical expert in equipment and systems, applying principles of Life Cycle Management to support activities.
  • Maintains, analyzes, and reports on IMS data to provide internal status updates to the Project Management Office (PMO)
  • Provide support for the maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment, covering spares, test equipment, special support tools, technical documentation, and safety requirements.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualificationsamp; Experience:
  • Post-secondary school degree or diploma in business or Project Management.
  • PMP Certification an asset
  • 5+ years of related experience in scheduling, preferably in an industrial or aerospace industry
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and adaptable to changing work demands and deadlines.
  • Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and validating assumptions.
  • Advanced experience with MS Office Suite (including MS Project and Excel), ERP systems, and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbalamp; written
