Job Description

Position:Sales Team Lead Reports to: Retail ManagerWe are looking for a Sales Team Lead to join our Retail team. Our Sales Team Lead will assist with the day-to-day sales related activities and provide support to the Retail Store Manager and Retail Store Coordinator.Opportunities The Sales Team Lead will provide support for the daily planning, organization and follow-up of all sales related activities within the store. This individual will aid the Retail Store Manager and Retail Store Coordinator in the day-to-day operations of the store, while motivating and inspiring the sales team to maximize the stores sales performance through customer experience.RequirementsHere is who you are… Driveamp; motivation

  • Knowledge of natural foods, vegetarian and vegan lifestyle preferred
  • Knowledge of health and healthy lifestyle
Experience
  • Previous retail sales and inventory experience in the food industry is an asset
  • Must have excellent communication skills; fully proficient in English
  • Two (2) years recent related experience, including one (1) year supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Education and Knowledge: Grade 12.
things you will do… Staff Management/Support
  • Support in creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Achieve delegated tasks within set deadlines.
  • Motivate fellow team members.
  • Support training to team members when necessary
  • Provide store key holder support including opening and closing of the store as required.
Store Operations Management:
  • Execute day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure customer complaints are dealt with in accordance with company policy
  • Ensure that visual merchandising standards are achieved and that all products are displayed in accordance with company policy
  • Ensure organization, product storage and rotation by staff.
  • Support and/or conduct month end inventory counts
  • Floor sale support / restocking as needed.
OTHER …
  • Ability to frequently bend and reach while stocking
  • Flexibility with schedule changes and shift times
  • Availability 6 days per week (Sun- Friday)
