Starting wage is $26.85/hr. Wages may be scaled with relevant experience.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining successful and motivated teams
  • Responsible for employee training with systems and procedures
  • Conducting weekly meetings, share, communicate, encourage participation
  • Conduct employee performance reviews / report to management
  • Maintain employee work schedules
  • Responsible for showroom cleanliness and overall appearance
  • Dealing with customer complaints and issues
  • Quarterback between homeowners/designers/installers/vendors & team mates
  • Create positive experiences & lasting relationships throughout the wholesale/retail
Essential:
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Sales driven and goal oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to use a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to build relationships with customers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Previous retail/sales experience
  • Completion of Grade 12
