Job Description

We are Maan Farms, an 80 acre fun farm run by a family of innovative entrepreneurs. We sensationalize farming and bring awareness to agriculture through experiences.Our goal is to find and work with more people just like us, the ones who are passionate about creative story telling and dont mind shaking up culture!You will be in charge of capturing creative content (primarily video) and then using your editing skills to edit it or add to it, in order to make sure it is ready for social media. This job is fun and meant for someone who is passionate for content creation.In order to be hired, you must have experience in a combination of post-editing and videographyYou:

  • Have a demonstrable passion for making creative content on a spectrum of media platforms - social, streaming, film, interactive, written etc.
  • Extraordinary editing skills.
  • Videography education OR the equivalent professional experience
  • Familiar working with almost every content creation format out there: Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite & design templates in Canva or Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, TikTok, Instagram, FB Live, etc.!
  • Responsible, accountable, cool and always kind because you love the magic of collaboration
The job:
  • Mastering the ability to capture and turn any content into a volume of social (clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.)
  • Working with a wide range and quality of video and static imagery - short IG Reels or TikToks
  • Collaborating with the Innovative Leaders at Maan Farms to create and manipulate video, photography, social copy, gifs, short clips, streaming stories, etc.
  • Honing your design, editing and writing skills utilizing standard industry software and social platforms
  • Planning and scheduling in the future but having the ability to work on tight timelines while keeping a chill, proactive attitude.
