Job Description

Matrix HR is currently recruiting for Licensed Heavy Duty Truck and Transport Technicians for a very exciting client that is an International Truck OEM dealer, with locations throughout southern Alberta. This client strives to challenge everyone and provide opportunities for personal growth while working to maintain an important work/life balance.This position is located in Airdrie AB, it is a full-time permanent role. And is accepting journeyperson certifications from anywhere in Canada!Wage is $45-$50/hr depending on experience.The ideal candidate will have:

  • Drive and ambition to become an active and successful member of the team/company.
  • A proven industry background with Cummins experience and training.
  • Exceptional Cummins diagnostic capabilities.
  • 5 years experience working in the truck and transport industry.
  • A desire to challenge yourself, and a willingness to embrace the extensive dealer training opportunities provided.
  • Pride and professionalism.
  • Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program (CVIP) license (preferred).
  • HET - truck and transport mechanic license (preferred).
Qualifications:
  • Commercial vehicle repair: 4 years (preferred).
  • A Red Seal Heavy duty or Truck and Transport Journeyman qualification.
