  • Project Oversight: Leading and managing building assessment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consistently exceeding their expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Providing mentorship and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Conducting site inspections, analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports, including Reserve Fund Studies, Building Condition Assessments, and Performance Audits.
  • Proposal Development: Creating project scopes, budgets, and timelines that align with client objectives and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Uphold a positive, professional image for the company.
  • Stay informed about industry standards, building codes, market trends, and new technologies.
  • Perform site visits, manage resources, and produce comprehensive reports with actionable insights.
  • Lead the preparation of proposals, including defining project scopes and fees.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, keeping all stakeholders updated on progress.
Qualifications
  • Over 5 years of experience in capital planning, ideally within the engineering or building assessment field.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership abilities, and a client-focused approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and industry practices.
  • A proactive problem-solving attitude and a talent for team mentorship.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
