Job Description

Otter Co-op is accepting application for a Part-Time Fashions Associate for our Retail Centre located in Langley, BC.Who we are:Otter Co-op is a diverse and growing organization with locations throughout the Lower Mainland and Okanagan. We currently operate 3 food and pharmacy stores, clothing and hardware, 26 Angry Otter liquor stores, 2 feed mills, 2 bulk petroleum facilities, a feed and hardware store in Pitt Meadows, Angry Otter Tap & Forno, Angry Otter Brewery in North Vancouver, the Highwayman Pub in Abbotsford, 37 gas station/convenience stores and growing.   • Provide exceptional customer service and create long-term relationships with our guests
  • Understand guest wardrobe needs and provide product expertise
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge
  • Provide guests with promotions and event information that is directly related to the department
  • Assist in product and visual merchandising
  • Ensure area is neat and tidy, putting merchandise away in a timely manner
  • Contribute to the Team in living our Corporate Values of Integrity, Community and Excellence

  • Previous retail experience is an asset
  • Demonstrated interest in fashion
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Motivation and ability to work in a busy environment is required
  • Able to perform physical job duties including lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be available 7 days a week to work a variety of shifts that include early mornings, afternoons, and/or late evenings
  • This position is based out of our Retail Centre, though it may require on some occasions to travel and work at other locations as business needs arise
