The company currently designs, develops, and manufactures buses for public transit and has recently introduced an electric bus, electric shuttle bus, and electric truck which are already selling into the market. 2022 will be a pivotal year of change and growth for the Company. The company is currently building a new manufacturing facility in Washington state within driving distance of the Canadian head office, and is actively engaged in M&A activity to potentially grow the overall global footprint.We are currently looking for a Field Service Trainer to support our customers in and around British Columbia.Technical Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction for vehicles in and out of warranty
  • Provide technical support to fleets in and around British Columbia
  • Review and approve local warranty claims
  • Draft and publish campaigns and service bulletins to resolve field issues
  • Develop and deliver training programs to the customer
  • Assist and train customers on new procedures, hands-on where required
  • Travel will be required
Requirements:
  • Highly skilled in maintenance and troubleshooting of heavy-duty vehicle mechanical and electrical systems
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Post-Secondary Technical Diploma an asset
  • Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician or Automotive Service Technician an asset
  • Class 5 License air brake endorsement and clean driver’s abstract
  • Proficient in technical writing, using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
  • CNG experience an asset
  • EV experience an asset
