We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Our Aldergrove location is located within the Countryside Centre shopping centre on Fraser Highway. As a long-time member of the community, we are proud to service the Aldergrove area with their auto, home and travel insurance needs.The ResponsibilitiesFirst things first, you’ll provide ICBC and private auto coverage in the office and dealerships.We work as a team so, you’ll assist in the office as needed by helping customers at the counter, answering telephones and everything in betweenYou’ll handle any customer complaints with professionalism and understandingYou’ll set and adhere to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales productionYou’ll ensure compliance with all insurers, Insurance Council of BC and Privacy Act rules and regulationsYou’ll ensure control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documentation and fundsWe want you to grow too! You’ll be continuing your professional development in order to further enhance your skills and abilitiesAt the end of the day, we represent HUB.
