We have a comprehensive benefits package available to all workers upon completion of the 3 month probationary period.We are looking for a reliable, qualified person with the following attributes to add to our growing team as a Quality Control Tradesperson.

  • Work inside and out of the elements!
  • Hands on experience in the construction industry is a must! (modular would be considered an asset) Knowledge of practice for multiple trades considered a strong asset.
  • Knowledge of BC Building Code and practice of identifying building errors
  • Familiar with the operation of moisture meters and other diagnostic tools
  • Ability to create, maintain and submit inspection reports in a timely mannor
  • Reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication. The ability to accurately articulate concerns and observations to both supervisors and tradespersons cannot be understated.
Ideally, you come from working in the field and are looking to begin a new challenge and direction.
