Job Description

Looking to start your career in security services We have a great opportunity for you!Commissionaires BC is looking for security staff interested in working at a site in Aldergrove. The shifts are 4 on 4 off, 24:00 to 8:00Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Patrolling various sites/locations
  • Offering first class customer service to both clients and general public
  • Mobile patrolling/ticketing
  • Access Control
  • CCTV Monitoring
  • Proactively responding to and resolving emergency situations and conflicts
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate daily logs and incident reports
  • Effectively communicating problems or concerns to the Site Supervisor
Your Must-Haves:
  • BC Security License
  • A valid Driver’s Licence with a clean driver’s abstract
  • You have resided in Canada for the last five years
  • You have excellent problem solving skills
  • You can work under pressure
  • Able to stand for long periods and work both indoors and outdoors in a range of weather conditions;
Your Nice-To-Haves:
  • Hold OFA 1 or OFA 2
