Job Description

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As directed by the Operations Manager, responsible for all aspects of setting up auxiliary equipment which includes conveyors, tables, decoration, and lidding equipment.
  • Will also be responsible for assisting the mold setup team and completing all preventative maintenance on the secondary equipment.
Responsibilities:
  • Follow, without exception, all work instructions and safety policies, including use of all PPE and safety equipment.
  • Responsible for all aspects of setting up auxiliary equipment which includes conveyors, tables, decoration, and lidding equipment.
  • Responsible for assisting the mold setup team and completing all preventative maintenance on the secondary equipment.
  • Follows all safety rules and procedures including Lockout/Tagout program, housekeeping, and 5S standards and observes the operations to insure a safe work environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Must be mechanically able and have experience in an industrial environment.
  • Be able to work in a team concept environment and have good communication skills.
  • Must have a background in trouble shooting industrial equipment problems.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must demonstrate ability to manage time, projects and problem-solving sessions.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and be available on a 24-hour clock periodically.
  • Must have a safety attitude and mindset, and a thorough understanding of quality measurements.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills – Root Cause and Analysis.
  • Experience with stores management and computerized maintenance management systems.
