Job Description

The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, a great attitude and a positive vibe. He/she has excellent customer service skills and is able to pay attention to details.Responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and connect with every customer
  • Prepare Smoothies, food and other beverages to Booster Juice standards.
  • Take orders on POS system and third party tablets
  • Key holder (Store Opener)
  • Keep store tidy and clean, maintain quality store operations
  • Serve customers in a timely fashion while providing excellent customer service
  • Provide quality beverages and food items consistently for all customers.
  • Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
  • Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station
  • Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products.
  • Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with the daily checklists and cleaning standards
  • Present oneself professionally and demonstrate clear communication skills
  • Follow cash handling procedures and cash register policies
