Excited to learn more Keep reading!A DAY IN THE LIFEAs a Construction Crew Worker, you #39;re an essential part of our close-knit team. Beyond your construction skills, we value your willingness to learn, collaborate effectively, prioritize safety, and embrace our core values. In this role, you #39;re primarily involved in physical labor on farm and rural residential projects, working under the guidance of our Site Supervisor.Specific tasks you handle:
  • Tackle various construction tasks with enthusiasm
  • Safely operate equipment such as earth compactors, elevating/mobile work platforms, and pneumatic tools
  • Work closely with your team to meet project milestones and ensure top-notch work standards
  • Uphold safety protocols and regulations to keep our work environment secure
  • Maintain open communication with supervisors and team members to ensure project goals are met
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to perform physical labor and operate construction equipment safely and efficiently
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver #39;s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to job sites within approximately one hour of the POST Shop in Alma, ON (we offer per-kilometer travel reimbursement for distances greater than 35 kilometers from home)
