Job Description

Welcome to Joe’s Italian KitchenIf you take pride in providing exceptional meals and creating a positive guest experience, then join the team at Joe’s Italian Kitchen. We are currently looking for Servers for our Almonte location.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be enthusiastic, outgoing, positive and upbeat.
  • Accommodating and willing to go the extra mile.
  • Ability to build professional relationships with guests and create an air of familiarity.
  • Be knowledgeable of all food and beverage items in order to make recommendations.
  • Table service for guests (taking orders, answering menu and beverage inquiries, explaining daily specials, placing orders with kitchen.)
  • Respond promptly and courteously to any guest request or concern.
  • Follow all food safety standards and systems.
  • Processing bills and taking payment.
  • Complete opening, closing and side-duties efficiently and safely.
  • Monitor the cleanliness of your section and ensure all areas are clean and free from clutter.
SKILLS & KEY ATTRIBUTES
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills and sales ability.
  • Must have good command of the English language.
  • Ability to maintain sense of urgency and keep momentum.
  • Must be a Team player.
  • Sincere desire to please guests and do a great job.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
