  • Secondary school (High School) diploma, or equivalent
  • Three (3) years’ experience in a customer service role
PREFERRED:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration
  • Bilingual (English and French)
OVERVIEW:The Account Manager provides the customer with superior service and support through communication, correspondence, and prompt order and complaint processing.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage large customer accounts
  • Partnership development
  • Monthly KPI reports
  • Customer reviews
  • Customer Service support
  • Leads customer visits
  • Ability to use Microsoft suite of products
  • Must have great communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
