OVERVIEWThe Research Analyst provides support to our inside sales process and performs research for our database while maintaining CRM accuracy.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Research future and current prospects
  • Contact prospective companies and confirm/acquire contact information
  • Filter leads based on role, industry and product compatibility
  • Create and manage lists and workflows in Hubspot
  • Attend daily WIP meetings
  • Source and upload prospects to CRM for New Business Development Coordinator
  • Manage call queues for New Business Development Coordinator
  • Act as liaison for prospect updates between field sales and inside sales
  • Maintain CRM accuracy
  • Upload and manage ABM content
  • Research client activity on Social Media platforms
  • Oversee sample ordering process
REQUIRMENTS
  • High School diploma, or equivalent
PREFERRED
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in Administration
  • Experience working in a research role
  • Experience working with a CRM
