OVERVIEW:As an ERP Process/Business Analyst in a cross functional enterprise applications role within the PMO Team. Responsible for the execution of the SAP strategy, strategic enterprise projects, people development and enhancing business value derived from support, improvements & optimization of systems to ensure business processes optimal performance.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate, coordinate and engage key business stakeholders to gather requirements for enhancements and deliver business process documentation, training where needed or for new/changed functionality

• Participate in the design, development, testing, implementation, and utilization of new business processes / solutions.

• Work collaboratively with product team members supporting the integrations between SAP and other business applications
• Provide leadership, managing the resolution process of critical, high-priority issues in live production systems
• Outline to key stakeholders, issues, risks and opportunities within processes & projects
• Budgeting & Forecasting of Break Fix, Adhoc and Project costs
• Preparing, planning and monitoring project plans, including resource planning
• Work with Vendors, Consultants on the execution of system and process changes
• Recommend improvements to maintain & ensure data integrity, consistency and quality.
• Design, Implement and manage Documentation within PMO Workflow

COMPETENCIES:

• Independently resolves problems of limited scope quickly and effectively through a strong understanding of business process area with system functionality, problem management

• Strong desire to solve complex business problems

• Project delivery mindset - setting the priorities, stakeholder and budget management
• Understanding of the importance of change management

• Detail oriented and high level of accuracy
• Knowledge of Business Structure, stakeholder analysis
• Experience in requirements engineering, cost benefit analysis, process modeling

• Exceptional ability to influence without authority, coach and develop diverse groups with sound communications

• Solid Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites and SAP.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

• Experience in multiple SAP functional areas such as SAP Finance, SAP Sales & Distribution, SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP Plant Maintenance, SAP Master Data Management, SAP Production Execution & Production Planning, and others

• Experience using Service Desk technology; JIRA

• Experience with Data Visualization/Business Intelligence systems

REQUIRMENTS:

• University degree in Computer Science or Business, or relevant education and experience
• Experience working in a related field as a Business Analyst, Project Manager and ERP Functional support
• Project management experience

PREFERED:

• PMP or other project management certification
• Business Analyst certification
• Experience working with SAP in a manufacturing environment
