Totally Raw Pet Food provides customers with a clean, pure, and natural approach to pet wellness so their pets can play harder and live longer.Totally Raw is currently looking to hire a Part-Time retail sales associate to work in our Moncton retail location.At Totally Raw Pet Food we provide a competitive salary and opportunity to learn and grow in the expanding pet health and wellness industry. Totally Raw provides internal advancement opportunities as we expand. We are always looking for outstanding talent to help us strengthen the Totally Raw retail team!Primary Responsibilities:

  • Customer service, including educating customers on the principles of natural feeding (we train you!). Helping customers choose the best options for their pets.
  • Process purchases, payments, and returns.
  • Maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
  • Represent Totally Raw Pet Food’s brand, vision, and high standards of quality products and service.
  • Available evenings and weekends.
  • Have reliable transportation.
Qualifications:
  • Previous retail or related customer-facing experience required.
  • Team-player who can solve problems and address customers’ questionsamp; concerns.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills e.g., POS.
  • Knowledge and experience working in the pet industry are considered an asset.
