We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable flatbed AZ Driver and Equipment Operator to join our team. CSL Landscape Construction is looking for an experienced Flat Bed AZ Driver and Equipment Operator to support our landscaping projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting materials, equipment, and operating various types of heavy machinery required for landscaping construction.Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a flatbed truck to transport landscaping materials and equipment to job sites.
  • Load and unload cargo, ensuring it is secure and protected during transit.
  • Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, backhoes, excavators, and loaders as needed for landscape construction projects.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness.
  • Follow all safety regulations and company policies while on the job.
  • Maintain accurate logs of working hours, deliveries, and equipment usage.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, dispatchers, and clients.
  • Assist with landscaping tasks as required, including site preparation, grading, and installation of materials.
Qualifications:
  • Valid AZ Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a flatbed truck driver and heavy equipment operator.
  • Knowledge of load securing techniques and transportation regulations.
  • Proficiency in operating various types of heavy equipment used in landscaping.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Prolonged periods of driving and operating equipment.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
